Challenge:
Study the incumbent legacy HR application, Determine if new investment in HRIS was necessary and if so how much would it cost.
Solution:
HRMS HEADSTART. They did not need to spend money right away to achieve significant saving and efficiencies by just "fixing" the current technology. An HRIS Strategy document was developed with a 5 year plan.
Results:
By not entering into a new technology project the HR team was able to make some significant transitions without unnecessary issues from a change in HRIS.
